Stephanie represents entrepreneurs and startups regarding their corporate and transactional matters. She has experience assisting clients with corporate governance, regulatory compliance, funding, public and private company mergers, acquisitions, and divestures, and more.
Stephanie previously spent several years as an Associate in the Transactions practice of an AmLaw 50 firm. While pursuing her law degree, Stephanie worked as a student attorney with the University of Wisconsin Law & Entrepreneurship Clinic where she assisted local start-ups with incorporation, compliance, and business strategy.
Prior to law school, Stephanie was a stem cell and molecular biology researcher at the Wisconsin Institute for Discovery and University of Toyo Graduate School of Pharmaceutical Sciences. Being a scientist herself, Stephanie enjoys partnering with entrepreneurs and innovators to translate their technologies into successful businesses.
