Victor represents clients in a broad scope of litigation matters in both state and federal courts. His experience encompasses pre-suit investigations, motion practice, discovery, mediation, trial work, and collecting on judgments.

Luis represents employers in a range of labor and employment matters and has developed a significant practice focusing on employee defection and recruitment, including litigating injunction and damage actions relating to: covenants not to compete, non-solicitation and non-disclosure agreements, unfair competition, trade secrets, duty of loyalty, the Computer Fraud & Abuse Act, and state trade secrets and unfair competition statutes.

Chris is a partner focusing his intellectual property practice on domestic and international patent matters relating to mechanical, electro-mechanical, medical, materials science, software, and business method technologies. He also helps clients acquire and enforce United States and foreign trademark rights, copyrights and trade secrets, negotiates intellectual property licenses and technology transfers, and prepares patentability and non-infringement opinions. His work applies strategic planning to intellectual property protection to help clients achieve their business goals.

Kyle is an Associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property practice. He focuses on obtaining high quality patent protection for companies in the U.S. and around the globe. Kyle helps clients protect a wide array of mechanical technologies, and he has significant experience in the automotive sector. 

Kristi has a broad range of experience in both patents and trademarks, and is involved in all stages of U.S. and international patent/trademark filing, prosecution, and maintenance. Frequently serving as a key contact for clients, she handles a number of responsibilities including filing domestic and international patent applications, office action responses, and appeal briefs; preparing and filing domestic and international trademark applications; and more.
